Traceability Module: Complete Production Traceability
The unique way in which the system has been designed enables TraceSoft to easily trace materials from intake to despatch when using the Goods Intake, Production and Finished Goods modules in combination.
The Traceability Module includes pre-built and configurable start, intermediate and end traceability points. Traced views are generated from existing data captured from various sources throughout the production process. The views detail the flow of incoming material through to the specific customer products in which the material was used. Key information for every point in the chain is displayed, including the processes and machinery which the material passed through. Furthermore the system can trace from finished products back to the incoming material and supplier.
At the click of a button, the traceability module can immediately provide information for product recall situations.
