Real-Time Monitoring Module: Configurable Automatic Data Capture
Real-time Monitoring is a configurable add-on to the Production module which directly captures information from line temperature probes, checkweighers and metal detectors. Automatic alerts are immediately issued via emails, text messages, direct hand held messaging or even by triggering alarms within the production area. Rapid identification and action to these alerts have proven to dramatically reduce rework and scrap costs.
In many production environments existing equipment can be utilised, thereby negating the need for expensive equipment and software upgrades from OEMs.
