Uniq-Northampton was the first supplier of sandwiches to Marks & Spencer in 1982 and has been a major player in sandwich supply to M&S ever since, having established a reputation for Quality, Service and Innovation excellence.
The company has been the major beneficiary of a recent Marks & Spencer sandwich supplier consolidation, which has taken their share of supply to more than 60%.
As part of their commitment to quality and to Marks & Spencer, Uniq-Northampton has chosen the Tracesoft Quality Management System to drive it's Continuous Improvement (CI) programme and Right First Time (RFT) initiative.
The base system is now in place for quality monitoring and product specification compliance. This is providing a great platform for future developments which will include process capability and goods in checks.
