The Tracesoft Raw Material Intake module for recording, checking and analysing individual frozen fillet weights and quality attributes has been installed at Quayside Distribution.
The system records up to 100 individual fillet weights in batches and checks them against the weight range specification.
Quality data is also recorded and includes photographic images of the fish fillets and intake packaging. Additionally, the module records a batch identification number, arrival temperature, region where caught, supply factory, glaze percentage and general presentation information.
The Tracesoft Goods Inwards Module is also in use at Five Star Fish and Bloomsbury International. |
