Auditing Module: Supplier Assessment and Internal Audits

The Auditing Module consists of several pre-configured procedures and reports aimed to provide supplier audits (vendor assurance), hygiene audits and industry standard audits such as the British Retail Consortium's BRC5 and SALSA audits.

Audits are entered into hand held, tablet (touch screen) or laptop computers and the results are stored in a central database for future analysis and reporting. This module can be configured to prompt for specific questions within hierarchical sections and is able to calculate a score per section and the overall score of the audit.

Comments and action points raised during the audit process can utilise features of the system to take photographic evidence and voice recordings. Voice recordings can be played back to allow notes to be drafted for the final report.

The Final Audit Pack is flexible and can incorporate several reports, including: covering letters, audit summary, audit details and an action point summary which has follow up procedures if not actioned by the supplier within a specified period.

A total supplier assessment report can be produced when using the Auditing Module and Goods Intake module in combination.
