The Finished Goods module ensures coding and product compliance from packing through to final despatch. Customer specifications are referenced in order to ensure rigorous quality checks are performed on an accurate and timely basis.

This module includes QA and engineering line startup checks to ensure that lines are correctly configured for the final product, therefore preventing line setup problems and reducing rework and scrap. In addition, promotional information, agreed retailer concessions, date codes (DU/BBE), pricing and barcodes can be verified.

Retailer and customer audit reports enable audit information to be produced in an instant, saving time in providing backup documentation prior to an audit taking place.

This information can be instantly emailed along with other relevant process variable statistics for a particular production run and date.
